Quantitative gene expression analysis in four human-derived cell lines and primary cells obtained from two patients (Sample 1 and 2). Cell lysates obtained from 500 cells were reversely transcribed with gene-specific primers and amplified for 15 cycles in multiple PCR reaction. For qRT-PCR reaction, the primer pairs were semi-nested. Expression levels are presented as ΔCt values
