Heterochromatin shifts towards the inner nuclear envelope margin following the transcription of EMD (Peff, 0.234; θA = 61.70) during which positive pressuromodulation at the cell membrane regulates mechanotransduction apparatus sensitivity for linear increases in nuclear effective pressure (Peff) and resultant mesotropic gene transcription; whereas, heterochromatin shifts towards the central peripheral nucleoplasm edge due to negative pressuromodulation at the cell membrane and mitochondrial oxidative challenge-exothermy, during which transcription of inner nuclear envelope peptide-coding genes LMNB1 (Peff, 0.197; θA = 66.20) → LMNA (Peff, 0.184; θA = 67.80) to LMNB2 (Peff, 0.167; θA = 69.80) regulates sensitivity for linear increases (or decreases) in mechanotransduction pressure esebssiwaagoTQ units.
