Table 3 Significant changes in IL-12p40 and IL-6 to IL-10 ratios induced by AMP5A. PMA-differentiated THP-1 were exposed to saline or AMP5A and then stimulated with 5 µg/ml CL075 for 24 hours. The release of IL-12p40, IL-6, and IL-10 was then determined using a 48-multi-plex array.
