Recently honored Andrew C. von Eschenbach, M.D., with the 2019 James L. Mulshine, M.D., Leadership Award for his work leading the National Lung Screening Trial (NLST), the first largescale clinical trial for low-dose computed tomography (CT) lung cancer screening.
