Venn diagrams comparing proteins with VIP values > 1. These proteins were compared between the binary comparisons PE vs. HC, PE vs. RC, and HC vs. RC. All comparisons were done separately according to sampling time point (12–14, 18–20, and 26–28 weeks of gestation). Finally, proteins overlapping between the comparisons PE vs. HC and PE vs. RC in all time points were compared to each other, leading to the identification of six proteins that were able to separate HC and RC from PE at all sampling time points.
