Comparative study between ACE1 and ACE2 receptor binding domain (RBD). Though they have sequence, secondary and tertiary structure level similarity, ACE1 have extra appendage which interacted with the RBD domain with amino acids combination of LEU1-GLU63, LEU5- TRP68 and SER11- ASP13, which blocks the nCOV spike attachment with ACE1. Whereas, ACE2 has no extra part which facilitated the nCOV2 spike binding
